I am looking to work evenings, weekends and date nights for families in Austin. I have over 7 years experience babysitting and nannying as well as experience as an educator and therapist. I have 5 years experience working in the public schools as an educator and speech therapist. I received my Master's in Speech Language Pathology in 2015. As an educator, I was an English and reading teacher for grades 6-12. I've also tutored grades K-12 and college students. I've been working with kids since I was a babysitter in high school, and it is what I truly enjoy. I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. Previous employers would describe me as mature, responsible, dependable, caring and fun. I strive to build positive relationships with all the children I care for. I specialize in reading/speech & language activities, arts & crafts, sports, games and baking. I have experience working with children with learning disabilities (dyslexia) and special populations.
