I recently left my job in a nursing home, because I believe that the elderly deserve personal care and one on one attention. What I witnessed in the nursing home was a strict business perspective, and I believe that care such as this needs a foundation of love. Some of my task over the years include;
 Washing, bathing, dressing, undressing.
 Assisting with feeding and other ADL S.
 Vital signs and weights.
 Worked with the Alzheimer s residents in special care.
 Ambulating, R. O. M, splint application, Toileting retraining, communication, and positioning.
 Order supplies and distributes, assist the nursing staff with categorizing the safety implementations and applying bed and chair alarms and checking daily for functionality
 Input information into care tracker for the nurse aide s about our patients to better assist them.
