Stress is real, even our subconscious mind. When we live in a mess or in a dirty environment we are subconsciously stressed. This is the reason I enjoy cleaning, seeing the end result and the happiness and stress reduction that follows.

My personal experience in cleaning was five years working at an apartment complex for the elderly. I cleaned two guest rooms, commons areas (library, bathrooms, exercise room, craft room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, front room). Also I have experience in my own personal home, an assisted living, and client homes (I did live in care and managed the household tasks at patients homes).
