My husband and I will be welcoming our first child in Dec. We are an active household with a lab named Remi and spend as much time outdoors as possible! I work remotely in learning & development and my husband works in education, coaches basketball at the junior college level and also runs a basketball training business.

Our ideal nanny would be with another outdoorsy family with kids relatively close in age so they have the opportunity to grow up together! I will be working in the house but require child care, so ideally we could utilize our space but not opposed to both if the situation makes sense! I also plan to have a flexible work schedule once I return from mat leave, which coupled with the ability to have family take some hours, the days/times may flex. A love for adventure, movement, and education based play is important to us as well as being family focused and OK with pets (pet care not required). A somewhat local nanny share would be ideal but based on our location, understand the limitations with that!
