Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read my bio! I would love to tell you about my history with pets. I have grown up with animals, and have been dog sitting since I was 15! The first family I nannied for noticed the great care I took of their pets, and trusted me to be their pet sitter for years! I have since provided pet care for countless families through care, rover, and by word of mouth! I worked at the Harbor Humane Society for over a year. There, I learned much about pets, some things including accurate leash holding, applications of flea & tick preventions, some general health and behavioral aspects, and how to approach and treat all different kinds of animals with different needs. I absolutely love animals and would love to meet yours! Fun fact: because of all I have learned over the years, I am always the one my friends and family go to when they have a pet question.

I love animals of all sizes and ages, and I do not discriminate against "dangerous" dog breeds. I can take your pet for walks, give baths/clean their habitat, and stay overnight.

I provide pet sitting in your home. I have had 10+ years of pet sitting, including long term while previous employers were vacation at their second home. I am also the owner of a rescue dog and would care for your own animal as my very own.

Hi there! I am a licensed art teacher in the state of Michigan turned nanny with 6 years total of child care experience. As a nanny, I have worked for a lovely family of two boys (at start, ages 10 months and 2. 5, now 2 and 4) for one year. I have experience potty training, creating sleep plans and starting pre-school. I am familiar with the developmental stages of early childhood. My nannying style is "love and logic". As a teacher, I worked at Bowen Elementary School in Kentwood Public Schools teaching all grades, 4-12 years old. I am extremely comfortable caring for children of all ages, having taught in middle and high school (Northview High School - 1 year). I am CPR and First Aid certified for all ages (including infants) and am excited to implement educational art lessons and activities when developmentally appropriate for your child. I am available 4-5 days a week. I have my own transportation and live in the Heritage Hill area.

I can provide pet sitting during the day, and occasional nights. I have plenty of pet care experience, both with my own pets and the extended care of friend's and families pets! I am willing to do some basic grooming, so long as he/she is willing and non-aggressive. I am absolutely comfortable with all sizes and types of animals!

My name is Lia, I am 20 years old. I am originally from New York, but have been raised my whole life in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am currently majoring in Criminal Justice at Ferris State University! I have had 6 1/2 years of experience taking care of dogs from puppies to adults of all ages. I have 2 dogs of my own that are shih tzus there names are Cici and Leo who I take care of and enjoy spending time with. I enjoy sharing my love of the outdoors with dogs. I truly love spending time with my dogs or any dogs doing activities that make them feel happy. I think it's important to provide dogs with a fun, fulfilling, and loving environment. I provide dog sitting while you are away. I love dogs! I provide walks, play, able to feed, medicate and provide companionship for your animal while you are away. I have one Newfoundland dog and a mixed breed Newfoundland myself! Big dogs are my speciality!

I am a current pre-nursing student at RCGC. I have been working in the medical field for 6 years as a CNA /Direct Care Support for people with disabilities. It's great work, but I like to tend to animals more. I am an animal lover for sure. I have had pets and cared for many other than my own for years now. I am familiar with many animals and their care, but am best with cats and dogs. I have taken care of many pets while families are away or working long hours right in their home. Have a dog with lots of energy? I can help with that for sure with a nice long walk or playtime. I volunteer with local animal rescues and shelters as well. I have pets and a family too so my schedule gets filled easily, but please feel free to ask for additional hours not listed.

In addition to childcare I have an extensive history of animal care experience! I worked as a kennel technician for 2 years working with special needs and exotic animals ontop of regular animal care and I have been a pet sitter for almost 2 years now! I've had all sorts of different pets, dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, gerbils, chameleons, turtles, snakes and fish. I recently graduated from college with a wildlife biology degree, I volunteered at a vet clinic for 1 year and interned at a wildlife rehab center for 2 years. I pet sit for all my friends and others who are referred to me, including a lady who has a dog that gets seizures and requires medicine 4 times a day.
