| Hi, I am Holly ! I have been a nursery nurse and carer for 4 years with experience as a special needs carer , MS carer and play area / creche worker. I would describe myself as a Fun , bubbly and gentle individual who is very trustworthy hard working and loyal. My priority firstly when i work with impaired individuals is to help them feel confident and happy with me as this helps to develop a strong and trusting relationship. I provide lots of fun during play because i think that is how they learn best and will observe their progression and help to extend their development providing lots of feedback to relevant parents or carers I have a good sense of humour and love to do anything creative. Some of my hobbies include cake decorating, gardening and crafts I would describe myself as dedicated, determined, patient and passionate about helping impaired individuals . I value and respect the importance of every persons equality and helping individuals to be the best they can be. I am also extremely passionate about working with autistic children as personally i have a massive insight into the condition because of close family members i know they have amazing abilities and are extremely talented if lots of time and support is given. I also have experience in many many other special needs because of working in a special needs welcoming nursery I would love to work with a child in their own home environment as i feel that is where they feel the most secure and ultimately encourages them to develop their social skills. I am self employed/employed . I also subscribe to the DBS update service, which keeps me regularly checked and enables you to have access to this information free of charge.

I have 4 months experience working in a respite care home for 12-18 year olds. I have an 11 year old daughter and I have been the president of a parent run playgroup for a year.

I am 20 years old and currently in my final year of a Children's Nursing Degree. I have had a range of experience from new born right through to young adults. I have spent time in both a Special Needs school as well as in a children's hospice. As well as this I also have a 7 year old sibling so am very aware of current trends. | Hello my name is Adam and I'm 25. I have worked in care for 6 years and really enjoy what I do. Currently I am the Care Manager of a residential care home over seeing the care and day to day running of adults aged 65+. Previous to that I cared for adults, both men and woman with autism, learning difficulties, epilepsy, challenging behaviours, mental health, social phobias, deafness, blindness, asperges, down syndromes and many more difficulties. I enjoy working in the care sector and find it very rewarding knowing that I can make a difference and help others. I do a range of day to day activities with the people I support from personal care to cooking and attending appointment with individuals. I am a driver at my current company and have had a clean license for over 7 years. Before starting my job as a support worker I was a member of the Royal Navy. Time keeping and presentation are very important to me and I thrive to do everything I can to the best I possibly can.

| Hi, My experience involves working on a special needs summer camp in new York for 3 summers making up 11 months of 24/7 care for people from 4-95 with a range of different abilities, I can feed (through G-tube as well or electric pump), I usually work with 1-1 support so people more complex needs such as being high on the autism spectrum or high in personal care, in the UK I have cared for a little girl of 12 with a G-tube, and personal care. As well as this I coach a special needs basketball team and wheelchair basketball team on a Tuesday night.
