It was interesting as COVID was still very much present and none of the toddlers or kids I worked with really remembered a world before COVID. There I worked with two other adults to manage roughly twelve kids at a time. Ages ranged from 12 months to 5 years old. It was a great way to learn how kids are from a grown up perspective for the first time! Since then my most relevent work experience was with disabled teens and adults. I did an internship with a school that I had previously worked for in their summer program. The school solely worked with neruodiverse students, the most common diagnosis' being autism and ADHD/ADD though there was a wide breadth of challenges and skills amongst the students.
