Childcare in Corstorphine/Murrayfield

| An attentive to details and with a high sense of responsibility person. Doing my placement as a third year student at Napier( speciality Business Management). More about me as a person, I’m Ukrainian refugee living with my sponsors in Corstorphine helping with their grandchildren from time to time as well on Mondays((4) and (6)). They’re quite independent children but still in need of some help with the food and of course playing, in which I’m very good by the way. Last time we were playing, I came up with idea to use a tray as a South African drum and since they like dancing so much, I played and she danced. Talking about my origin and the language barrier there’s no worries about it. I know 4 languages Ukrainian, russian, English and French(unfortunately not fluently).I have my childcare experience from my placement as I’m working for Dr Bell’s Family Center supporting their families with different sorts of groups and activities. For example, baby massage(I’m not qualified with it personally), crèche, outdoors walks and so on and so far. Apart from helping families and children I’m contributing to Dr Bell’s social medias to promote the charity. That’s what I meant as high sense of responsibility.

| I have had two years experience in a private nursery working with ages 3 months - 5 years. I also have experience with older children too. I am a fully qualified nursery practitioner, my qualification is SVQ level 3 in social work and child care. I am currently based in a nursery in city centre Edinburgh.

| Hi there! I'm Rachael. I've been working with kids since I left high school in 2015, throughout nurseries and within After School Clubs etc. I have found it to be incredibly rewarding, but outside of childcare I love to read and write. I also adore music and animals!
