| I was 6 years old when I fell in love with English Language, so I decided to get serious about it and English became a big part of my life, succeeding to get a degree. After graduating I was offered a job in a nursery as an English Teacher teaching children from 2 years old up to 6 years old, and that was my start in Education. I moved to England in 2005 and start working as a nanny. I loved the children I looked after and I don't think I would've loved my own children more than I loved them, but it wasn't enough for me and I start working here in a Nursery which was the best thing I ever did. This provided me with the knowledge I needed: an NVQ3 in Childcare, Makaton training, Brain development in children, Letters and Sounds, experience in working with children with special needs and Down Syndrome. I worked 3 years as a sole charge nanny for children between 4 months to 7 years old. My responsibilities: dropping and picking them up from school; helping with the homework; taking them swimming and to playgroups and outings with their friends; cooking meals, making sure I offer a secure and friendly environment for them, working in partnership with the parents.

Hello. I am a qualified Early Years Practitioner with a HNC in Early Education and Childcare and eager to care for children on a one-to-one basis. I am keen on enhancing a child's learning possibilities and providing exceptional levels of care. I have cared for young family members and have several years of experience in working with young children.

| I have studied a National Qualification and Fife College on Early Education and Childcare and have passed, I am furthering my studies in September by progressing onto my HNC Childhood Practice. I have a valid PVG. I have have work experience with nursery children and children in primary 1 which has helped me with strategies for varying ages of children. I enjoy being involved in children’s play as I feel this is key in benefiting their development and working in partnership with parents and children to make sure that individual children’s needs are met.

I am qualified with a Level 3 in childcare and social services and I have experience of working with children and babies of all ages in both a nursery setting and in a youth theatre setting which I run. I am happy to pick up and drop off within walking distance and would be delighted to visit the park or any other local points of interest. I enjoy baking, cooking, arts & crafts and imaginative play. | Having worked with young children and also hold a degree in childhood studies, I really have passion with working with children. I am able to put myself to their same level of thinking and reason with them. I am patient and very enthusiastic person. My current colleagues would describe me as a very funny person who jells well with children. I light up the room and enjoy presenting activities fun to children. I always think out of the box. Although I do not drive yet (currently practising for my test) I love walking to the park, town and enjoying different activities there.
