After School Care Woodbridge

| I have been a babysitter for about 5 years now including an apprenticeship in a German playschool. I am an university student from Germany gaining some teaching experience at a High School. Moreover I am currently working at a Primary School leading a German After School Club.

| My name is Joanne, I am 33 years of age. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, I am currently childminding for a Family with Three children of primary and high school ages, I really enjoy my current job but am finding the commute a bit too much so am searching for something a bit closer to home. I have previously worked on the children's ward as a teaching assistant also within primary schools within the same role. I have experience in after-school and holiday clubs. I thurughly enjoy working with children and watching them learn grow and progress in life. I am extremely flexible with regards to hours and days, have my own transport am a non smoker and am fine with all pets.

| I currently work in grundisburgh primary school as a dinner lady and I also do the breakfast clubs and after school clubs! I’ve just started this job and the kids already love me, as I do them. I am creative in art which a lot of younger children find interesting and it inspires their imagination! I passed all of my GCSE exams so I am able to help with homework, I also attended college where I completed my level 3 diploma in art and design. Soon I will be doing my cbt so I will be able to travel further than grundisburgh for babysitting, however this does mean I am unable to pick up or drop off. Over lockdown I have been doing a lot of baking and cooking and have become quite good at it, so baking with the kids for fun and making their supper is something I can provide. I was a carer for my own mother for about 5 years, which involved doing things on her behalf, I also cared for my grandmother when she fell critically ill with stage 4 brain cancer, Which in turn entailed helping her bathe, get dressed and feeding her. From those experiences I can say I am comfortable and able to do the same for younger or perhaps children with disabilities.

| I’m Maisie, I may only be nineteen but I am a dedicated childcare professional with a CACHE level three qualification in childcare and education, currently pursuing a degree in psychology at university with the aim to become a child psychologist. I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and hands on experience to my childcare services. My passion lies in creating an engaging and educational atmosphere tailored to each child’s developmental stage. My approach combines the theoretical insights gained from my studies with practical, fun activities that promote a positive and nurturing atmosphere. I have worked as a babysitter for several years now for multiple different families with children of a range of ages. I have also completed four years of childcare studies which included working hands on nurseries and schools. I’m looking to work around my studies working before school, after school and a few daytimes each week. I am happy to meet in person prior to providing my services so you can get a feel for who I am as a person and ensure I meet your families needs.

| For most of my adult life I was a stay at home mother that looked after my two girls. I also helped friends that were working mothers with after school care and minding their children during the school holidays. I also enjoy taking care of my two grandchildren who are aged 7 and 4. I’ve always enjoyed children and find their young minds fascinating and keep me young.
