After School Care Stowmarket

| For 10 years I have been at a children day care nursery. During that time I have worked as part of a team looking after and supporting staff and students, looking after children, following the early year foundation stage, health and safety, safe guarding children, and the data protection act, making sure that children are being looked after at the highest level of standards at all times and safe whilst in mine and other staff's care, supporting the children in learning and development, widening and extending their knowledge. I also have worked with students allowing them to do their training with us helping them with learning and development for future career paths. I make sure that I maintain equal opportunities, confidentiality, health and safety at all times in a happy and friendly environment. Other jobs that I have covered are cooking, cleaning, answering the phones, dealing with messages or queries, booking in and showing visits around, working face to face with members of the public such as outside agencies and parents with in the day to day running of the nursery. I then had a break from child care and went on to do car in the community and in a care home however missed it so much I needed to get back into child care so I did a year maternity cover at a nursery for preschool ages and no I'm currently a room leader of a baby room looking after 0 to 2 years old full time I have also done babysitting for many families and have done after school nannying for a family reference upon request.

Here are some examples of my recent Nannying activities: -Drop off and pick-ups to pre school and school runs. -Taking children to after school activities. -Doing the children's washing. -Cooking healthy meals. -Baking cakes and having fun with craft, play dough and painting. -Providing encouragement to develop to the next milestone e. G. Managing potty training, Counting, Learning new words. -Attending local toddler groups with the children to ensure socialisation and play with other children. -Organising trips out e. G. Visit to the Zoo, Castles, parks, indoor play centres, Swimming and picnics. -Enjoying story time together. -Play-dates with other nannies/families. I have also help run a busy restaurant. So I like to give the children I look after balanced healthy meals. I have been DBS checked and hold a full clean UK driving licence.

| Hi. I’m a registered childminder and mum of 3 lovely children (10, 14 and 19 years old). I live in Stowmarket and I offer school drop offs and pick ups as well as after school care and holiday care. Your child will be well looked after, given assistance with their homework and enjoy a home cooked meal so that you can relax when yoget home after a long day's work. I have a child friendly house with a lovely, enclosed garden, age appropriate toys as well as a Playstation with age appropriate games which the kids can play with their parents permission.
