| Hey! Im Courtenay, I'm a pasty chef by trade but I now work and an application development baker. I've got a huge family so that means lots of cousins that are alot younger than me who I've looked after in their younger years! I grew up in France with my mum and 2 sisters but moved back to the UK when I was 19 and lived with my aunt and her 5 kids (one of which was a newborn!) For 5 months before moving out into a houseshare. | From the age of 15 I worked in babysitting most nights after school, caring for children of all ages and even some with disabilities. I absolutely love children and have done a lot of volunteering in primary schools, helping with reading, playtime and much more. I was an au-pair at 18 in Italy, for several months after I took my A-levels. I cared for 3 children at the ages of 2, 6 and 9 by myself in the mountains in Umbria. Both parents worked in Rome. I cooked, cleaned, helped with homework, played music with my guitar and lots of singing and generally cared for them by myself making sure their every need was catered for while there parents couldn't be. | Good Afternoon. I am a french student in Colchester and I'm looking for a part time job. I have a lot of experience in the care that started, like most of the babysitters , with my little brother when I turned 10. I then start to work as a babysitter and finally have built a big clientele in less than a year! I am used to spending time with kids and enjoy it and the feeling is usually mutual! I know how to organize fun activities, take care of them, cook a well-balanced meal and, to be fair, I am the best stories teller you'll ever meet! I used to look after a newborn (2 months ) and bigger kids obviously. Since this summer, I work during my break in a centre dedicated to disabled people and really enjoyed it. I am definitely not afraid of little humans anymore!
