Carer/play-companion for 15-year-old girl

Looking for help with my 15-year-old daughter on alternate Saturdays for 5-6 hours at our house. She has a genetic disorder that has caused severe developmental delay, epilepsy & she is fed through a gastrostomy button. She cannot walk or talk. She has also developed respiratory issues and uses BIPAP and/or oxygen overnight (only needs this during the day if she has an infection).
She is generally a content girl who enjoys listening to books being read to her (toddler age books), playing with her toys, sensory lights, going swimming and being outside on her trampoline when the weather is warm enough. She loves all sorts of lights and enjoys spending time in a den made from her gold foil space blanket, lit up with her LED rope lights.
I am looking for someone to help for 5-6 hours on alternate Saturdays, times are flexible depending on what we’re doing but usually it will be afternoons and to fit around other carers who work the alternate weekends. Tom is a wonderful, highly-functioning adult who will make you laugh and smile with his quick wit and hilarious takes on life. We are looking for someone for just a few hours each week (could be split over two days, if preferable) to take him out on a walk and ensure his basic needs are being met through his care/housing facility, Upton Grey. Responsibilities would extend to ensuring Tom observed a weekly, general hygiene routine (brush teeth, load of laundry, shower, clean clothes) and just overall morale boost! Tom is truly the best, not to mention very independent as is, and we hope the right care-giver will see what an amazing and special individual he is.

We are looking for a carer to help look after a chatty 14 year old girl with cerebral palsy. Help required with all aspects of life including personal care, dressing, transfers, feeding, physio, homework and accessing activities. - Assists client in regaining and maintaining as much independent living as possible
- Plans daily routine with client
- Prompts client to carry out daily routine
- Ensure client makes and eats meals and does not overeat (due to short term memory less and not remembering eating)
- Takes client on regular walks and short bike rides in local countryside and into town
- Supports cognitive rehab tasks guided by OT
Desirable:
- Flexibility with hours and options for some weekend work (scheduled in advance)
- Able to live-in for up to two weeks to enable wife to continue to work abroad
- Accompany client to golf club and fishing if recovery enables this
