We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support a busy clinic director with a variety of tasks, primarily in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This role includes household management, running errands, and performing small administrative tasks. No childcare or cooking responsibilities are involved. Key Responsibilities: ● Managing household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organising the house to maintain a tidy and efficient living space. ● Running errands in town, such as returns and pickups, to support the household and personal tasks. ● Managing small administrative tasks, including organising travel itineraries, handling shopping returns, and assisting with personal diary to ensure smooth scheduling and time management. Additional but not essential tasks: ● Driving the employer to Woking train station or Guildford centre, requiring the use of your own car. Not essential as can be fulfilled by already employed driver. ● Bonus if you have a good sense of style and can help assist in getting ready for social outings. Ideal Candidate Profile: ● Must be a proactive individual who can work independently and on their own initiative. ● Reliable, discreet and conscientious. ● Strong organisational skills with a patient demeanour, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. ● Excellent time management skills, with the flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends. ● Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided. ● Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain confidentiality. ● Desirable to have a valid driving licence and own vehicle. ● Eligibility to work in the UK. ● This position would suit an individual looking for a flexible work arrangement. ● DBS preferred, but can also be arranged for the right candidate.
