Private Housekeeper Jobs in Edinburgh

Hi there, I am looking for someone reliable and dedicated who enjoys hospitality and housekeeping to manage a small (2 bed) main door flat with a small front garden. The flat has been freshly renovated for personal use, but due to the pandemic that flat has been empty so I am going to be renting it out as a short-let serviced apartment. This means that the work will involve all aspects of housekeeping including laundry (there is a washer/dryer in the flat), dishes (there is a dishwasher) and shopping for keeping general supplies topped up. I need someone trustworthy and smart, able to notice when something needs done rather than be told, and takes their own initiative. The job would be ideal for someone who wants a part time, flexible job, and takes pride in having responsibility to maintain a high standard. However, there will be a need to work around paying guests coming and going. You would be self-employed but payment can be fixed per week or on an hourly rate - to be discussed.
