About Me:

A little about me... I am originally from Revelstoke BC and moved to Victoria after graduating to complete my bachelor of education degree through UVIC. I moved to Kelowna in December to complete my final practicum, which I am currently finishing up and will be a licences BC teacher in a few short weeks. With this being said, I have plenty of experience with children of all ages including the following:
- I worked as an early childcare education assistant for 4 summers while I completed my degree. 1 summer was spent with children aged 3-5, 1 summer with infant/toddlers and the last 2 I was a day camp coordinator/leader for school aged children.

- I am currently completing my 3 month practicum in a grade 1 classroom

I got my babysitting license when I was 11 because I knew taking care of children is something that I loved to do. It was my first job and I carried on with it on top of my budding full-time career, eventually transitioning into the title of “nanny”.
I’ve worked a couple summers ago as a maid. I’m great at cleaning and reorganizing, it’s one of my favourite ways to pass the time during homework or the kid’s nap time. I also love to cook, and I stick to rather healthy meals.
I typically try to fill the day with as much adventure as I can. Weather permitting, my favourite activity is a picnic at a park, or a day at the beach. Crafts and games are also great, as well as reading stories!
I have plenty of experience taking care of infants, triplets, larger groups of kids and children with autism.
I’m looking for something full-time, and my schedule is completely flexible. I can be your nanny, your housekeeper, your assistant, your secret weapon!

I haven’t been certified in first aid yet, but am planning in the very near future to be.
