| Hello, I taught nursery school for many years and am now a nanny and tutor. I’m a mom to two young adult daughters. I have an abundance of patience and am soft-spoken and nurturing. I am hoping to find a position that would begin this coming August or September. I can provide 5 child care references. My criminal record check is done and I have a clean driving record. My rate is 20.00+ an hour. I will engage your children in activities, and take them outside for fresh air and to play as often as we can, weather permitting. I am not a big fan of screen time, and prefer children play and learn, whether it is through art, building, dress up, reading, etc. I am quite comfortable teaching an early childhood curriculum and have had much success in teaching children to read. Their excitement matches my excitement when they discover they can do it! My family and I are all immunocompromised and have been extremely careful during the last 2 years. I am fully vaccinated but am hoping to find a family who is also extremely cautious. I will refresh my CPR and standard first aid training when it is safer for me to be in a class setting unmasked.

| I am currently in my final year of the Early Childhood Studies program at Ryerson University. I am attending a Bachelor of Teaching program starting September. My experience includes 4 internships (provided by my program). 3 of these internships took place in Kindergarten classrooms and 1 in a Child Care Centre in the Toddler room. For all of these placements, I was responsible for creating and implementing educational activities based on the children’s needs. I was also a nanny during the summer of 2018 for 3 boys.
