Great care and we couldn't be happier. Zina cared for our twin boys for a year and half and now they are moving on to preschool. No incidents or concerns at all which is saying a lot with those two. At 3 they are an accident waiting to happen as most toddlers are! We loved her flexible hours and her rates stayed the same. It's a safe family orientated environment. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The negative reviews here are ridiculous and unwarranted.

Zina has been an excellent! She treats my son like her own and keeps me updated through the day. Her home is very welcoming and always very clean and tidy!

Although Zina did not meet the minimum requirements for a "mother's helper" position I posted, she applied anyway. When asked why she applied when she did not meet the minimum criteria she responded with a great deal of attitude. I explained to her that of the 15 applicants I had thus far, only one individual was competent enough to read the entire ad before applying and that I was exhausted from my search. This was her final response:
"I guess those 14 people got lucky they do not have to deal with you being so exhausted! Good Luck on your search. And sooooo sorry for your applicants!"
Needless to say, I wouldn't want an individual of this demeanor tending after my child. Hence, I would warn against selecting this individual for child care.

I have met with Zina when we were looking for in-home daycare a few years back. My mother-in-law ended up losing her job at the time and we no longer needed outside care.
Upon visiting Zina's home I found Zina to be extremely professional and organized. Her home was clean and welcoming and her daycare was very well set up. I would definitely use Zina if we were looking for in-home care, but we would like someone to come into our home, as that works best for us.
Accidents do happen and there is not a whole lot you can do to prevent it. That is why they are called accidents. It is too bad that someone would give Zina a bad review for a situation like this because when it comes to your children, you wouldn't want to leave them with someone that may "possibly" not be great.
As I said, I have met with her and felt very comfortable with using her (if we needed to). Please be sure to look past this review and meet with her to see for yourself.

Hello, my name is Sheree, and I had this person Zina baby-sit my son. First I would like to say, please don't let her baby-sit your children. She allowed my son to run in her basement that had poles that were carpeted and she allowed my son to run into the pole and he had a nasty scar on his face. My son was 2 years old at this time. She had no kind of empathy for the situation and did not apologize. She has a very nasty attitude. I reported her to the state of MI.

Hello, my name is Zina. I did care for Sheree? s little baby boy. He was a beautiful little boy. Being a child care provider and a mother, I am a very loving, caring and compassionate person. I love children very much and I love caring for them. As for the incident with her son, **it was an accident**. I never allowed anything to happen. Accidents happen and her little boy was playing and having fun running around with my son. She wanted me to promise her that her child would never have an accident at my home again. He was playing. How can I possibly promise her son would not hurt himself? I can give all the TLC I can, but accidents occur and unless I bubble wrap him, situations occur. It is the rotten apples in the bunch that make people out to be bad when they are so far from that. Sheree has absolutely no class and to write bad things about another only proves the type of person she is. Be careful if you plan on working for her. She left someone before me, then left me, and now she is looking again within months. That tells you how she is, enough said!!!
