Marby is the absolute best. Our daughter has loved going to daycare. We looked into a five-star daycare that was much closer to us, but were so wowed by Marby that we drive much farther (20 mins each way vs. 5 mins) every day so that we can take her to Visijland. In fact, we're both grad students and would have received a significant subsidy from my university if we had gone with the five-star daycare, but decided to pay out of pocket in order to take her to Visijland.

When our baby started at Visijland, she was five months old and would cry when being held by anyone other than us. The first time she met Marby, her whole face lit up and she didn't cry even once. Marby has a way of making everyone (kids included!) feel loved and welcome. Her space is very neat, clean, and colorful, and she takes a lot of safety and health precautions.

My wife and I are stereotypically neurotic first-time parents and we were really impressed with Marby's setup. She plays with kids of all ages and gets so much attention than she would have at a larger daycare. In contrast, the other daycare center we visited had an extremely rigid schedule and all of the babies were sitting in bouncy chairs looking vapidly out into space, like they were in some kind of dystopian novel. At Marby's, our little one is exposed to lots of social interaction, interesting toys, and free play.

Anyways, we LOVE LOVE Marby and think you will too.

I loved Marby and her family. She took care of our son from 6 wks -2 y/o, and she was an invaluable asset to our family during those years.
