Open in Lake Forest since 2005, I have provided government licensed childcare for families with newborns to 4-5 years old. I love all of my children and believe it is important that they all are receive my full attention and personal supervision so i like to keep our group relatively small but am licensed for a capacity up to 8.
I believe a home daycare should be more than just a place to be while the parents or guardians are a way at work, but a place to learn. In my home daycare I take pride in providing teaching for mathematics, reading and writing English and even Spanish (if you so choose your child to learn). The vast majority of children that leave my daycare to go into kindergarten leave with advanced skills used in school from multiplication to being bilingual. This is all at no extra cost.
Between all of the learning, we like to have fun and work on art projects the children can take home with them. When it's time to eat, we like to have homecooked meals that meat all necessary nutritional guidelines of La Habra Child Development Child Care Food Program while also respecting any dietary restrictions and allergies.

We absolutely love Liz! She has been a wonderful daycare mom for our boy Everett. She's communicative (gives us updates and pictures throughout the day), helps with meals, has fun activities planned for Everett and the rest of her kids, and she loves and takes care of child like any mother would want. She made our transition to daycare so easy. Absolutely recommend her.

I'm very thankful and lucky we were able to find Liz. She took care of my babies from when they were 8 weeks old to pre-k. They were always so excited to go to Liz's, which gave me peace of mind knowing that they were being well taken care of. The one on one teaching lessons as well as arts and crafts time helped prep my girls for kinder. I love how personable Liz is. During the holidays, she opens her home for some festivities and will even put little surprise shows together with all the kids for the parents! Those were the cutest little performances ever! I highly recommend Liz to anyone that's looking for a home away from home daycare for your kids.

We used Liz for both of our children from the 6-weeks old age to kindergarten age. She genuine care about the kids. We were really happy with her. She still send happy birthday wishes to both of my kids up until these years.

For the last 15+ years, Liz has taken care of all 4 of my nephew and nieces and recently both my children. She has played a critical role with the development and successful transition of our oldest into Kindergarten. This hasn't been a typical daycare. She has a robust curriculum, keeping the children engaged, challenging them with a variety of subjects including math, heritage studies, phonics review, etc. More important than anything she's teaching or taught them, Liz has connected with my children and cares about them. She makes them feel special and my kids truly love and respect her.

Liz is calm and patient. She invests in the children like they are her own & they learn so much! When my son went into Kindergarten he was well ahead of the curve thanks to Liz. This is a safe, loving, intellectually stimulating center. Highly recommend her!
