About the business
I have over 20 years of experience working with children ages 8 weeks to 12 years old. The majority of my experience is in the early childhood age groups, 8 weeks to 5 years. At my home day care, children are loved and cared for daily. I strive to provide a safe environment, which is necessary to thrive. Weekly themed planned curriculum offer structure in addition to opportunities to explore and learn at their own pace. I believe my responsibility is to first and foremost love on each child in my care. Secondly, it is to provide varied positive learning experience that promotes brain development that contributes to life-long success. Field trips include library visits, special events such as Children's Museum, Denver Zoo, etc, and a change of scenery such as indoor play areas at McDonalds or Flat Irons Mall. I have a policy book that I would love to email to you that has all the information of what I offer.

In addition to the Early Childhood Education credentials, I have ongoing continuing education of a minimum of 15 hours per year. This helps me to stay fresh and look at the most up to date information on learning that I am able to implement in my practice.

Pathways are built by offering a multitude of experiences, positive interactions and intentional planning and implementation of quality curriculum. I have these components in my curriculum.
Our job as parents is to prepare our children to be productive, contributing citizens of our world. I, as a child care provider, want to encourage those independent and positive traits in the children in my care.
