I hired this agency to find a part time nanny for my family, and not only did they never find a nanny, I was also never presented any options of nannies to interview. In the beginning of the process, I was told there were 17 applicants, and I was periodically promised nannies to review but never received anything. Then as I tried to contact them, I didn't receive any responses back until I made a social media post. I feel as though, they took my deposit and did none of the work that was promised. The processes of this business are not professional and untrustworthy and I wouldn't trust them to find anything for me.
