Hello!!!

Thank you for checking out my ad! I am Ms. Lisa and I own and operate a very successful licensed home daycare, located in Santee. We have been operating for 17 years. My daycare name is My Place, Just for Kids. We are a daycare and preschool.

We care for 12 children between the ages of 12 months old and 5 years, gearing them for grade school through our very creative and structured year round curriculum program. We introduce circle time, sharing, manners, taking turns and older children will master letter and number recognition through daily activities that children think is " playtime" thus proving we are learning through play.

We stand out above the rest! We celebrate birthdays, holidays and special events that make it fun and engaging for parents as well. In addition, we have a special face book page where mom and dad can check in to see how their child is doing. It is here where you can see pictures, view monthly newsletters and find out about local events. Many families have made lifetime friends through us.

I hire child development students to help me operate. In addition they are able to gain experience, building their resumes. I enjoy training these helpers to move up in their field of child development. We supersede required supervision ratios, nurturing and care.

I majored in Child Development and have worked as a center director for many years before opening my own daycare business. I find it rewarding and full-filling and look forward to very day I can make a difference in the lives of children.

We operate year round, Monday-Friday from 7:00-5:00 pm. Tuition is due weekly.
We are members of the Child Nutrition Program of Southern California. We serve nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day at no additional cost to you.

If you are looking for a more structured schedule, a learning environment for your child with love and nurturing caregivers, please contact me to schedule a tour of my home. Afternoons work better for us but I am flexible to meet your needs. right away, as I only have one full time space available. (We do not offer part time.) We feel consistency and routine are most important in childcare and time has proven that children who attend every day excel best).
