We were fortunate to find Little Gems about an year ago. It was our first experience with a home daycare and we couldn't be happier. Sandeep is caring and passionate, and make us few like family. My son exercises friendship on a friendly and clean environment, and loves it.

Sandeep has provided care for my son who is almost 3 years old since he was 10 weeks old. She is someone who truly loves children and treats them as she would her own children. She notices their special qualities and nurtures these characteristics in each child. She is kind and considerate towards children and parents. She also provides a clean, educational, and safe environment for the children. She also plans special events for the children around the holidays.Lastly, her daycare is small, which allows for the children to get to know one another better. Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Sandeep as a daycare provider and would recommend her to anyone.

Sandeep is an amazing caretaker and sending my son to her daycare has been the best decision. She is patient and takes care of the kids like her own. She is very pleasant and has a positive outlook towards life. Highly recommend this place.

We were fortunate to being referred to Sandeep's daycare through a friend. Sandeep comes with lot of experience in this field and she's really caring and a wonderful person too. My daughter has been going to this place for almost three months now and she loves it there. Sandeep takes care of my daughter so well and takes care of all her routines religiously - snack time/lunch time/nap time/play time. This is the best home daycare you can find in the area. My son went here for 2 years and never have a complain. Homely and safe environment, lots and lots of toys to play with. Sandeep is a very caring and nurturing person, you will not regret sending your child here.

My 15 mons daughter will almost complete 1 year with Sandeep now. She was 5 months when I started to leave her with Sandeep. I checked few other regular daycare centers and felt them to be overcrowded and believed that my dd would not get so much of attention there as she was already spoiled with attention and care she got at home when my parents were her. With that in my mind I got in Contact with Sandeep whom I found through care.com. I was impressed with the cleanliness, well lite and bright atmosphere she has at her center. With the assumption that it will be easier for my daughter to adapt to little gems compared to others I started dropping my dd to Sandeep. I was proved right. Sandeep cares for personal need for each and every child. She tries to align each child to fixed schedule and develop independent habits . I have never seen her tired even after caring for kids and babies throughout the day. With this caring nature another advantage we found was in Michigan bad winter when some other daycare calls off due to unavailability of Staff we always found Sandeep on duty !!

I got introduced to Little Gems for my 1 and a half year old who I knew was ready to get out of the house and needed the social interaction he lacked staying at home with me. Sandeep who is the owner, welcomed us lovingly and made sure we had a seemless transition. My son gained independence, self confidence and completely opened up after he started at Little Gems. Sandeep is extremely patient with each childs routine and helped accommodate every personal request we had for our son. When we left Little Gems for good, my son still yearned to go back for months end. He missed the social interaction and specially Sandeep who is very close to our hearts now. My daughter went to Sandeep for 1.5 years. Sandeep is patient, caring and reliable.
She has a dedicated space (fully furnished basement) with separate playpen for each kid, a kitchen where she heats up milk and food, play area with TV for playing rhymes and lots of toys. She follows a routine with eating and sleeping which is very important for toddlers. She has consistent hours and hardly is off. It's like an extended family at Sandeep's. I was looking for a daycare facility where my baby get love and care so that she feels like home and finally I settled with sandeep. Best thing is sandeep understand the fact that every parent put their heart out, leaving their children. My baby is happy, enjoy her time here and has amazing friends. Sandeep is very patient, caring, loving, honest and passionate about her role with kids. She ensures they nap eat and play. She is very systematic, planned and clear in her communication.
