We were only at LTHCC for a short time (~3.5 months) before we relocated for a job change, but I feel so lucky that we found them. Our son was 3 months old when he started and in that short time, he absolutely thrived and blossomed into an even happier, more engaged baby. Both Jill (the director) and the infant room caretakers became like family to us, and they cared for us as a whole family unit, which was important to us as brand new (and nervous) parents. They are flexible, nurturing, and go out of their way to get to know each child. Moreover, in a short amount of time, I trusted them implicitly, knowing that my son was always safe in their care. I wish we could have taken them with us when we moved!

Story of my 3+ year old son:

Hi Each and Every Parents,
This is a parent appeal to know how did my 3+ year old son fall off from the kid's height chair and broke his upper jaw bone and two front teeth at LITTLE TREE HUGGER : Bear class.

According to Ms. Jillian (the director of this day care), she saw my son was in chair and fell off from the chair. Even though she and her coworkers saw my son was rocking in that chair three times, didn't even think to lean the chair against the wall and let him fell off from that chair on the plain hard surface.

Here I just I want know the truth from the teacher who saw him as fell down. Is it really possible, one kid will fall off from a lower height chair and will break his teeth and jaw?

I just want to know the truth from the teacher and the daycare director. That's all.

As a mother I can't even see my son in the worst condition. This is the very first time, he is in a tremendous pain..

Please help me to get the truth from the director, if you all think that, it may be happened to your child also. Help me on this matter to get the truth.

I am not scared to write this review, because already two dentists confirmed me that, he didn't fall off from a kid's chair. It is something he fell off flat on his face.

As a parent, you will all be worried about, while he/ she will be in this day care.

My son is in traumatic situation. Not even speaking a single word to anyone or eating anything properly since yesterday morning.

I love LTHCC ..My son is 2 and half.. He just love going to daycare..Manager Jillian is very kind and helpful even the staff is very friendly and caring with the kids ..The good part is that he started talking, learning, crafting..I feel I'm lucky to get a so friendly environment daycare..Thanks

My family and I just moved to Michigan from California and wanted to get our 2 young children into a day care so they could make some new friends to help them adjust to the move. Talking with Jillian really made us comfortable with choosing Little Tree Huggers. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and a natural with kids. My daughter is autistic and has physical disabilities and I was very happy to learn that the staff has tons of experience with children like Tianna. When I drop my children off, my daughter is not at all concerned with saying goodbye, she just wants to begin her day there. That tells me that she really loves her time there. I'm so happy that Jillian contacted us, our move out here is definitely off to a good start.

Both of my girls have been at LTHCC since 2010, my oldest started at just 6 months old coming from a single babysitter experience and now my youngest is in her 2nd year. The daycare is more of a family than it is a place to send your kids. I love that they always have the kids playing, but they also make time for them to learn it's a great balance and the kids are not overwhelmed. The staff is willing to help and work with you through the big changes and stage your child will go through when growing up! I truly cannot put how amazing of an experience I've had into enough words!!

I cannot say enough good things about LTHCC! We have been sending our kids since 2012 and have had a wonderful experience. I was nervous about starting my daughter in daycare, as she had only been with Grandma since she was 12 weeks old. Jillian and her staff, immediately put my worries to ease. My daughter had a wonderful experience and loves going back to visit when picking up her brother. When our son came along we were excited for him to start LTHCC. The program is wonderful and has helped our children grow, not only academically-but socially as well.

My daughter came to LTHCC at 9 months old after a terrible experience at another daycare. I was hesitant to trust another daycare but Jillian and her staff were so reassuring and took such good care of her, she stayed at LTHCC until she began kindergarten. Even today, as a third grader, she fondly remembers her time at LTHCC and the friendships she made there. LTHCC had such a great impact on her social development and her readiness for kindergarten that I am forever grateful.

It's alway hard leaving your child with someone else, but Jill and her staff have always been patient, loving, and supportive of us and our son.
I love that they incorporate and promote a healthy lifestyle by playing outside every day and eating foods that are organic. In addition, my son has learned how to play with and respect other kids, of all ages, by being able to interact with them on a regular basis. I know this will be especially beneficial when his baby brother arrives in a few months!

Our daughter has been attending Little Tree Huggers Day Care for 5 years!! We could not have asked for a more nurturing and caring staff. They have guided our daughter socially and educationally through some of the most impressionable years of her life. We truly believe that our daughter is a more well-rounded person because of all the positive experiences with Little Tree Huggers. We are forever grateful for everything that they have done for our child!!

We have been sending our kids to LTHCC since 2013. I cannot say enough good things about the caregivers. They are loving, kind, patient and so invested in each child's well-being. My kids have learned and developed here which is reassuring, as my husband and I work full time. My kids are excited to go every day and have great stories when I pick them up. I will never regret choosing LTHCC.
