I'm a mother of 4 with 6 grandchildren. A former special needs preschool teacher with 35 years of experience and with excellent references. It's my philosophy to provide a warm, loving environment to foster a positive self esteem and confident social skills. I feel it's also my job to prepare children for preschool, as it is tough for children when they first enter large group environment.

If you choose to have your child enroll with me, they will be participating in all of these activities:

Daily circle time with stories, puppets, finger plays, songs, and rhymes.
We do cognitive activities such as math, sorting, matching, sequencing, and simple sciences.
Your children will enjoy music and movement with instruments, bean bags, scarves, and streamers.
Offering fine motor activities; blocks, puzzles, peg boards, and beads.
I provide outdoor activities such as planting seeds in the spring-time while also measuring their growth, sand/water exploration, bubbles, and drawing/painting on the sidewalk.
As well as weekly seasonal and Holiday based Art and Craft activities.
