Backed by extensive education and experience, I have an Associate of Science Degree with a major in Social Science and a Specialization in Teacher Education, a certificate in Early Childhood Development Career Studies, and an Early Childhood Dev. Certificate. I also have an Associate in Early Childhood Development, and an Infant and Toddler Certificate. I have extensive experience of working in inclusive classrooms with children of diverse needs, ensuring that each child receives the tailored care and attention they deserve.
Our daily mission is to foster holistic child development by creating stimulating learning experiences and nurturing a safe and playful environment. Outdoor playtime in our fenced yard is just one of the many activities we offer to encourage physical and cognitive growth in children. We are committed to providing quality early childhood care that meets the unique needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while giving parents peace of mind during their workday.
Looking to elevate our expertise further, my goal is to pursue a Bachelor's degree in human development and Family Science.

Esperanza quickly welcomed our family and baby into her home and childcare business. As a new mom I had a lot of anxiety leaving my baby for the first time and she was always quick to reply to questions or let me know how his day is going when I'm missing him. Her staff is wonderful and has been a delight to get to know. I look forward to our baby growing to love them in their care.

Esperanza and her team are wonderful! Our toddler has learned so much in the 5 months since she's been in her care. Our daughter enjoys the structure and activities. Esperanza is very good about communicating any changes and providing reminders to the families she works with. Highly recommend!

Esperanza provides a safe environment for our baby to learn and grow. The hours are exactly what we need during work. Our 3 year old is always happy to go and be with her friends. The staff is very loving and we feel our needs are always met. You can tell they have experience and know how to care for children. Our baby has learned so much during her time here.

Mrs.Esperanza is a very nice person. I could see she loves kids very much and that is why she opens this daycare. She made me and my daughter feel comfortable, relieved whenever I drop my little one. Mrs.Raquel is very nice too, she always smile to the children. The day care is clean and tidy.

Never did my child has ever had diaper rash while in Esperanza's care. That is how you can tell how they take good care of the kids.

My son attended Merlin Esperanza's daycare for almost a year. He quickly adapted there and was always happy when I picked him up. Everyday kids were doing art projects, learning new stuff, singing songs and dancing. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor activities too. He also learned some Spanish there. Merlin and her mom, Vilma, are very caring and nurturing. My son bonded with them, both are extremely kind and patient. When it was time for him to go to preschool, he transitioned with ease. We couldn't be happier with the care my son received at Merlin's daycare.

We love Esperanza and Grandma (my son nicknamed her that because she resembles the Grandma in Moana)!! We originally found Esperanza's family through Care.com and are so thankful every single day for it. Our son started when he was 2 and did so well! They helped him through potty training (I literary did no work at all), they made delicious food that my son devoured every day (he's super picky at home), they had lots of outdoor time and fun things planned for special occasions. They worked on his letters and numbers and he has even learned some Spanish! When he transitioned to preschool it was a breeze and I know it's because they prepared him so well for it. My daughter (6 months) started going to Esperanza's when I went back to work after maternity leave and is still there now. Honestly, dropping her off each day is so easy, I never have to worry because she is so well taken care of. Grandma is always waiting with open arms and a smile and Ella just lights up every single time she sees her. Grandma is constantly giving me great tips for the kids and is just so wonderful with Ella. Esperanza is so energetic and always happy, she makes you smile just by being there. She's so great with kids and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I highly recommend Esperanza's daycare!

I found Esperanza through Care.com and am so glad I did! My son came to her right before his first birthday and stayed through age 2.5. We only left because developmentally we felt he was ready for pre-school. Esperanza and Mama Vilma are two of the sweetest, most nurturing people I know! From day one, my son was comfortable around them. The family environment they provide is also very welcoming. Throughout our time with Esperanza, I had a few emergencies where I couldn't pick my son up on time and she was extremely supportive, even allowing him to eat dinner with her family. That meant so much to me, as my husband and I are not from this area and do not have a lot of support. Esperanza and her family became FAMILY! With regards to learning, my son learned all his shapes, letters, numbers, body parts, etc. as you would expect for toddler-age. To this day, I still refer friends to Esperanza if they are in need of childcare and if I ever do have another baby, she will be the first person I call for care!

My daughter started coming here to Esperanza Child Care when she was 15 months; words can't express how lucky I am to have found her. Ms. Esperanza is amazing! She made me feel comfortable leaving my daughter with her since day one. Being a first time mom , I was so nervous and scared to take her to daycare, but I'm so glad that I did.Seeing the kids in her home playing and how she interacted with them, reassured me that my daughter was in good hands. I also noticed that the kids adore her and love being in her home. She has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Esperanza child care.If you are in search of the perfect childcare provider, do not look any further, it would be almost impossible to find someone better than Esperanza!

Esperanza is awesome! She has been taking care of my son since he was 18 months old and also has been taking care of my daughter since she was 4 month old and they love her. She is lovely, honest and reliable. I highly recommend her!

Wonderful daycare! My grandson loved being there. He attended for almost three years and started attending when he was an infant. He would still be there if he hadn't moved from the area. I dropped him off in the mornings. It was such a loving place that we never worried about him there. We highly recommend this daycare.

I brought my son here after being a stay-at-home mom for 18 months and of course was extremely nervous. I have never felt better about the decision I made for my son. He loves spending time at daycare, has made plenty of friends, and is shown the unconditional love and attention I would give him. Esperanza has a lot of knowledge about childhood education and I know she's a fantastic provider. I have never doubted my decision to take my son there and I would recommend anyone to go with her.

Esperanza: The only person I would trust outside my immediate family to watch my daughter. I was fortunate to find Esperanza while searching for an in-home daycare when my daughter was younger. She and I till this day communicate because she has become a part of my family! She's nurturing, caring, HONEST, reliable, dedicated and amongst all she's in the business because this is her passion!!! If I ever need a babysitter I can always give her a ring and she'll let me know her availability. She's flexible and very understanding. I recommend her 100%.
