My 12 week old went here a total of five days. I spent a lot of time there when picking up and dropping off because I would stay to nurse my baby. I walked in 3 times out of 5 to my baby laying on the floor crying inconsolably with no one even attempting to pick her up or comfort her. My last straw was when it was my daughter crying on the floor with 3 other infants (one of which was 6 weeks old and had just started the day before) and the worker was standing at the counter eating, Ignoring them! My baby had been crying so long her hair was wet from tears, a 12 week old with that many tears? It took her twenty minutes for the post-crying gasps to stop. They also regularly let the infants sleep on their stomachs. I had watched a baby wake up on her stomach the day before while I was nursing my baby. The baby woke up, cried for literally 15 minuets until she cried herself back to sleep. It made me sick, no one ever came to her aid. Another day when I walked in to get my baby there was another infant laying in her crib completely face down sleeping. I actually reached in to turn her little head so she could breathe. Workers feed the baby's two at a time propped up
In boppy pillows, not burping them once. I cannot get over how these women let these babies cry non-stop without ever attempting to console them. Also when I called to speak to the director about these issues she never called me back and never called to ask why my daughter never returned. I wouldn't ever in a million years send my child back here and I hope no one's child gets injured here as a result of the absolute neglect happening.
