| I believe that every person learns and works differently, so I will tailor my tutoring to your child's specific needs. I have experience teaching fellow students who have told me that I am positive, caring and patient, which are all important skills for a tutor. I am eager to help your child improve their knowledge and understanding of English, Psychology, PE, Geography or History. I have just returned from studying Clinical Psychology at Eastern Illinois University, USA and prior to that I graduated from Iona College, NY, USA with a first in Psychology. I will be attending Loughborough University in September 2020 for the MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology. At both American universities, I ran Cross Country and Athletics on a full scholarship, whilst studying. Therefore, I know how to plan, organise and balance my time! I can help your child stay on top of their school work and work efficiently so that they can excel. I also have 3 years of experience babysitting for a family in New York, with three children, (one girl and two boys) ages 6-13. When restrictions are eased and the threat of coronavirus is low, I will be available as a babysitter or nanny.

| I have been taking care of my cousins daughters for 5 years now they are currently ages 5 and 3. I tutor them and help them with their homework and school work. In my sixth form for a year and a half I volunteered at a local primary school, Woodlea Primay School in Caterham, where I helped children from primary 3 to 6 develop and maintain their reading skills. In the summer holidays I tutored Secondary School students history in my hometown Nigeria. I therefore have a good enough experience with tutoring History, a subject I have gotten nothing less than A in my whole life, both GCSE's and A-Levels and my current degree is in Politics, History and International Relations. | My name is Alix de La Giroday and I am a French undergraduate student at Loughborough University, currently going into my second year of my Bioengineering bachelor’s degree. I am highly interested in working as an academic tutor for next year, and I strongly believe that my skills and experiences make me a suitable candidate. I've lived in 7 countries over 18 years, I have a high international awareness and am accustomed to interacting with different communities from various backgrounds. I am also the eldest daughter of a family of 5 children, and therefore have always been a natural leader, often helping out my siblings with their schoolwork after school. This has allowed me to balance a sense of responsibility, whilst remaining approachable to my siblings or tutees. I am also the captain of the women's cross country team at Loughborough which will strengthen my leadership and responsibility skills. I offer tutoring to any students in primary or secondary school, needing help in the following subjects: Maths, Science, Physics, English or French.
