Rachel was looking after my elderly Aunt while she was still able to live at home, from October 2014 for over a year. Rachel visited my Aunt four times a day, and she was always totally trustworthy. She was so kind, considerate, gentle and patient, and my Aunt, and I thought very very highly of her. She only stopped caring for her, when my Aunt had to go into permanent residential care.
