Pet Care in Winchester

| Having been raised on a small holding in rural South Wales, I have never known life without pets. I am a very compassionate and understanding animal lover who enjoys working with all species of animals, with most experience with dogs, cats, horses, farm birds, and small animals. Over the past few years, in addition to caring for my animals at the family home, I have enjoyed walking dogs and helping with day and night pet-sitting for pet owners through this site and others, as well as for neighbours and family friends. I am a trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, and patient person with a passion to learn and caring. Finally, a little about me, with a background in Psychology, Special Education and Mental Health, I currently work in a local primary school as a Learning Mentor and Safeguarding Lead. | I have a lifetime of experience caring for all domestic pets, horses and chickens. I offer a wide variety of pet services, such as dog walking-individual or group walks; pop in visits for puppies, older dogs, post surgery, cats etc, as well as horse and poultry care.

| I am an outgoing, positive and compassionate individual with an interest in animal care. This is reflected in previous experience caring for a variety of dog breeds and my enthusiasm for long walks irrespective of weather! I am physically fit and really enjoy being outside so can guarantee any daily exercise requirements will be met. I am especially skilled in ensuring dogs’ safety at all times, taking them for attentive walks and following instructions provided by owners. I am student studying Child and Adolescent Mental Health at Kings College London, looking for part-time work to contribute to funding my studies.

| I have owned dogs all my life and also have a cat. My dog and cat are my world, they're 11 and 12 so are in their senior years now, but you wouldn't think it! I currently also help to look after donkeys and loan a horse and young pony so am happy to help with all kinds of animal care. I've previously owned hamsters and gerbils as well so have experience with animals of all sizes! I will be working part time 3 days/week from the end of May and am keen to do more work with animals outside of that so am happy to help with your pets in whatever way I can. I will always work Mondays, but the other 2 days can be flexible so can work around your needs!

| I have had a good amount of experience of caring for other peoples pets and my own. I have previously owned 3 dogs and 2 cats, at the moment have 1 cat and would like to help out and take care of other pets. Doing every day activities may be hard whilst having pets to look after so I am glad to be helping anyone who needs it.

| Animal lover since my childhood, I've always been surrounded by animals of all kind. I also voluntered for an animal welfare and a zoo for a while. A part from providing extra money, care for animals is just a real pleasure for me ! I can't have animals at home infortunately but can care for them at their own homes.

| As a lover of pets and the outdoors I am looking for a new passion in dog walking. Having had a dog since childhood I am familiar with pets, and love taking them for walks.

| I have owned dogs and cats for the past 8 years, and am one of their primary caregivers (as they are family animals). For dogs, I have walked a variety of dogs from puppies to elderly dogs, Labradors to Basset Hounds to spaniels. I have also dog sat overnight and in the evenings. I have looked after house cats and outdoor cats, have given medication to both types of animals, and love both types of animals.

| Hi, I am 22 years old and have been surrounded by animals all my life! I grew up looking after pets and so I believe I am a responsible, caring, energetic and loving individual. I grew up with two border collies and so have been around young dogs, elderly dogs and unfortunately sick dogs. As a family we recently just got German Shepherds from 9 weeks old and so being around younger dogs and training is also something I have experience with. I am therefore comfortable with all the things needed to care for dogs such as feeding, walking, light grooming and simple training. I grew up with multiple cats and am very comfortable around them and the tasks involved in looking after them. I have experience looking after some reptiles also such as leopard geckos, bearded dragons, tortoises and snakes. I am happy and comfortable in all care that is needed with these particular animals. Although I have never been a pet sitter before I do have experience being in other peoples homes as a guest when working as a nanny and au pair. Because of this I have the respect and care to look after homes appropriately.

| I love heading out for walks and and understand what a commitment dog and cat ownership is, so please ask me to help! I have owned dogs and cats all my life and love having their company, as well as struggling to balance work and travel with their care. I have worked for many years in the animal industry, I have owned and looked after many different species of animals over the last 15 years. Especially good with fish and fish tank care, dogs and cats along with rats, hamsters, tortoises, snakes, rabbits and several more. Please contact me if you have any questions.
