| I have always been a pet lover and have been surrounded by pets my entire life. I currently have two large mastiff x American bull dogs, and have been used to being round large dogs. I have previously had a holiday and occasional weekend job in looking after and walking three dogs. I am a student looking for some extra income while at uni.
Tegan was absolutely the best babysitter ever!! Tegan was very warm and set our hearts at ease the minute she walked in the door. She helped us for about a month 7 hours a day. Our daughter was three and a half months old and she was amazing with her. Though our daughter just is a little, she bought age-appropriate toys to her. Since that time our daughter only likes Tegan's toy:-) So I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to Tegan. She is truly a professional, which not all babysitters are. She is passionate about children and doing her job well. She asked us about our baby's likes/dislikes. | I will be moving to Southampton to study environmental science in April 2018. I am a huge animal lover and have always been in positions caring for animals I have studied different courses on Animal Management and have worked with a large variety of animals from goldfish to monkeys! I have always had and cared for pets mainly cats and dogs and am happiest when I am around animals. My previous experience includes: -Veterinary assistant (Mainly comforting, feeding and walking the animals) -Petting zoo caretaker (Feeding, cleaning and caring for a big variety of animals from domestic farm animals to birds) -Monkey sanctuary caretaker (Feeding and cleaning as well as giving enrichment to the monkeys) -A diploma in animal management (Including a course on animal handling where I was taught to care for a wide variety of exotic species and farm animals) - 6+ years of caring for cats, dogs and rabbits for friends and family.
It was great having Lucy in to look after my cats and dog. I was so busy in the run-up to my weekend away! Lucy was extremely professional and flexible in meeting me and instantly filled me with confidence. She's a natural with animals and I definitely would ask her again!"

| Hello, my name is Gemma and I run a professional and reliable dog walking and pet care service in the new forest and Southampton called The Animal Angel. I am canine first aid trained, insured and have a clear DBS police check. I have a lifetime of experience with a wide range of animals. I currently have 4 rescue dogs, a cat, 3 rabbits, 1 guinea pig, and a crazy ferret! I also have experience with horses (volunteered at a stables), terrapins, tortoises, rats, hamsters and even hermit crabs. Because I have had numerous animals I have extensive experience with medical issues, behavioural problems etc. Two of my current dogs require strict exercise regimes and daily medication. I have dealt with and rehabilitated dogs with spinal injuries, a brain tumour, incontinence and heart problems. I have a keen interest in canine psychology as after adopting 2 dogs from oversees with various behavioural problems and I have had to learn behavioural training very quickly, because if these experiences I am currently training to become a canine behaviourist and myotherapist. I can help out with dog walking, cat/small pet visits and also puppy visits if they require loo breaks, feeding or socialisation.
