| Hi there I had enough experience about dogs and cats; Started when I was 18 years old in a Kennel dogs home as volunteers for about years and half,my duties was keeping clean all the kennels , feeds the dogs , play with them and give them medication if required. More recently few years ago I worked as a dog walker,We collected and dropped off the dogs from they home, they stayed with us the most of the day walking at least two times a day,we provide food and the care they required. In my family runs a very close with nature and so we always have pets ( In England I live with two dogs and one cat). Animals make me feel at peace and it hurts me see how much the society ignores their rights and the impact they have to our live. I find it so much easier to communicate with animals and they have helped me through many ups and downs throughout my life. | I've been around pets most of my life. We have always had cats and sometimes dogs but I have often looked after my friend's dogs, which are of various sizes. As a child, I lived next to a stud farm and was always there with the horses and donkeys helping out. I've also owned many small pets in my younger years, such as tropical fish, hamsters, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and chickens etc. I basically get on easily with most animals and they generally tend to feel comfortable around me. I am also a Reiki master (healer) and went on to do a Reiki for animals course, which included doing sessions on animals at London Zoo at one point. I've also looked after other peoples homes whilst being a sitter, as I find I can give the pets more care and attention, so they don't miss their owners too much. When staying overnight the cost I charge includes usual pet tasks like feeding and dog walking. I am also a trained Graphic Designer, so I can work remotely easily. For fun, I spent many years training as a belly dancer, which I love for keeping fit and happy.

Having now given up my job at a college in London, I am looking to follow my passion in caring for animals. I'm in the process of setting up my own pet sitting/dog walking business. I have grown up with dogs including a Labrador, Cairn terrier and an Alsatian as well as cats. This included their basic care such as walks, feeding and of course cuddles! I have looked after friends and families pets (dogs, cats and fish) whilst they've been on holiday. I'm happy to do whatever is necessary in terms of walks, cleaning litter trays, watering plants and collecting post. I don't own a dog at present due to my previous working hours, but I have a very naughty cat and look to get a dog soon. Although I know the basic commands (sit, heel and stay) I am currently taking a Level 2 Dog Walking certificate to give me additional insight in to the way a dogs mind works. I absolutely adore animals and I love playing fetch as much as I love watching cats chase laser pens. My favourite thing is by far cuddles though! Me and my two young male cats were very lucky to find Mel, and be her first 'official' clients. Mel's passion for looking after, and being extremely welcoming and comfortable around new animals, was clear from the minute she arrived. It was my first trip away from them too, and she made sure she kept in touch with updates etc. She also took in her stride that both had had recent surgery, and also watered my large garden on her two visits a day. On my return she left a lovely message and was right, her visits had brought my little ones confidence out no end, and she even bought him his own laser pen.
