| I have worked as a babysitter at several times throughout my life, and have always found it incredibly fulfilling. With this, several of my other professional experiences have helped make me very good at the work. The first job I ever worked was as a TA in Primary education - a joyful experience, which gave me a strong awareness of the needs of children that age. I became skilled at striking a balance between friendship, and a no-nonsense approach to the rules - a quality I believe makes me a very effective babysitter. I also spent a year during COVID working as a Cover Teacher in a high school - a job that required a similar skillset with a very different age demographic. Both of these experiences, alongside other work as a private tutor for Primary to A-Level students, have given me just the right temperament for childcare. About me in general: I'm an actor and creative writer, English Literature graduate, quick to adapt to new people/places, and always fascinated by the unique outlook of children (which helped me navigate having three younger siblings myself). I'm also very flexible with timings (used to working late nights, for example).

I am a graduate student at Richmond, the American International University with a bachelors degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. I love to travel, be creative with random but fun craft projects I find on Pinterest and being outdoors. I have been working in childcare for over 10 years. I have babysat different age children from the age of 2 months old up to 16 years old. I not only just take care of the children but I also do whatever tasks are given to me and also as a babysitter I love doing things with the kids such as movie nights, ice-cream runs, or anything they want to do just to be able to do something fun. I have my CPR certificate and also a certificate for child abuse that is recommended to being done prior working with children and also all of my FBI clearances as well.

| Hello!! I’m a very bubbly and friendly person who loves to clean, cook and play with children! Cleaning is actually a hobby of mine so I honestly enjoy doing it haha! I love watching and helping children grow as it is such an important time of their life. I have worked as a childcare assistant at a nursery for nearly 2 years whilst at high school and it was the most amazing thing I have ever done. I worked with from babies to pre school so I have experience with all ages! For about 3 years around the same time and later, I was also a young brownie leader which meant that I would sometimes lead the evenings for the children (aged 11-14) organising activities and games for them. | I have always enjoyed mentoring and working with younger kids, be it at school or at home. In the past, I have babysat two girls and their two cats and derived great satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed bonding with the girls and I really enjoyed spending time with them. At school, I also mentored students in both an academic and non-academic capacity and I found it very rewarding. I have just finished by first year of Biology at the University of Oxford and next year I will be a welfare representative for my college, meaning I am responsible for connecting with students across all ages, ensuring they feel mentally and physically supported. The training I have received to undertake this role will help me care for children of a variety of ages.
