| Hi, I’m Alys. I’m a fun, outgoing, caring person. My hobbies include swimming, hiking, cycling as well as relaxing, and seeing friends and family. Keeping healthy and active is very important to me, I like to get out and about - even if it’s just for a walk! I absolutely love what I do, working with children is so rewarding and everyday I walk away smiling without fail. I’ve worked at a nursery in Exeter now for over 5 years, looking after babies and young children from the ages of 3months up to the age of 5 years. We make sure to incorporate the EYFS into each day so that every child gets the best learning experience. I have also baby sat for a few different families, one including a young toddler with special needs. This isn’t just a job to me - it’s a career, and I’d love to be given the to opportunity to look after your child/children.

| Hello! i am Kayla, i am a young South African woman who has been living in the UK for the passed year. I am currently studying a bachelors in education (foundation phase) and am working toward transferring my credits over into a honors degree with Open University UK. i have a few years experience working with children in the early years as i started working as a teachers assistant when i left school in south Africa and ha the opportunity to work with different age groups. I have also done some part time Au pairing during the school holidays and thoroughly enjoyed that! I am currently employed as a child practitioner in Aylesbury. I am happy to relocate within the UK and would preferably want a live in role. I am an honest, soft natured person that has a great passion for promoting the development of young children, while having plenty of fun while doing so! i look very forward to hearing from you and potentially taking on this exciting new challenge!

I have spent a lot of time with my two nephews and niece as well as my eight year old cousin over the last few years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We regularly went out dog walking, to the parks and when they came to Devon, down to the beach. Last year, I decided to look for a job as a live-in au-pair when I was offered a place in Reading for a family with two children aged 6 and 9. It was a really great experience looking after the children, helping them with homework and taking them on day trips. I have just recently returned from a 5 month trip and my partner and I are moving to Rowley Regis in the next week or so as he has a renovation project there. I am really hoping to find either part or full-time work as a live-out nanny while we're there, a good few months at least, but maybe even longer. I would also be able to babysit during the week and weekend evenings from time to time.
