| Hello, I'm Ellie. I'm 22 years old and have recently graduated from Plymouth University, where much of my study was based around children, autism and sensory processing disorder. I've worked in a day nursery with children 3months-5 years old and have nannied for a 3-year-old boy since he was 18-months-old. I still work with this little chap, but now that I've graduated and he spends a lot of time at nursery/play groups, I have a lot more availability. I also work at a respite provision that provides respite for children with special needs. My involvement at Saturday club is in response to the clubs aims to break down barriers to children’s play, give each child a sense of well being and purpose and encourage children to engage in a variety of activities to challenge their own limitations.
