| I was employed as an Early Years Practitioner for 2 years and 4 months. My role involved contributing a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the nursery. Working as a strong team with all staff and working with programmer's of activities suitable to the children in my care. Liasing with and supporting parents and other family members. Preparing and completing activities to suit and work towards a child's personal development. Prepare meals, snacks and supervise at these times. Follow all procedures and guidelines expected in the workplace. Hold a strong understanding of the EYFS and making sure it was refereed back to in all nursery sessions. Completing and documenting children personal files. Promoting equal opportunities for all children.
