Childcare in Stowmarket

| Hello my name is Tina. I am a 53 year old lady who enjoys looking after and walking my dog in my spare time and spending quality time with my two older children. I currently look after 2 children ages 8 & 11 4 days per week. I have been with them since September 2020 and thoroughly enjoy my time spent wth them. My duties include collecting them both from school ,cooking them nutritious healthy meals and sometimes dropping them to activities in the evening,I also look after them 7 weeks of the school holidays,taking them to various activities. I would describe myself as a homely, caring and compassionate person who enjoys the company of children now that my own are no longer dependant. I have successfully completed a paediatric first aid course. I also hold an up to date DBS Certificate. I have completed a childcare core skills course in December 18. I am ofsted registered. I have just passed my ofsted inspection April 2020. I am looking for 20 hours plus per week to include some school holidays

| I have 20 years experience working with children from newborn to 12 years. I have worked sole charge, shared care, overnight and caring for children while parents are out of the country. I love working within a family, where I can help each child develop and grow and support the parents in every way possible. I am a very calm, caring and patient person, who loves being involved in the development of children. I believe in a child led, gentle approach to my parenting and nannying. I have experience with cooking healthy, varied meals for the children in my care and I'm happy to menu plan or work with parents to cook meals of their choice. I hold a CACHE Diploma in childcare Pediatric first aid (booked to update) DBS (in renewal process) Clean driving license/car owner/business insurance to carry children in my care My last position I was able to take my son along with me, although this won't be necessary now as he started school, although at times this may be helpful (especially in school holidays)

| I have previously studied and achieved 'Level 3 Childcare and Education CACHE Diploma' at West Suffolk College and developed a real passion for the way children play and learn. Although I have had a break in Childcare where I have been in the hospitality industry, I am looking to get back into Childcare and be an attentative carer for your child/children. I have worked with children from newborn to 6 years both in the home and within a professional childcare environment. I have been able to work with a lot of children of different ages and have become intrigued in the way children learn best and the way they behave in different environments. I pride myself upon enabling a child's learning and development and thrive in an environment where I can witness a child grow.
