| I hold two Bachelor's Degrees from Purdue University; one in Child Development and one in Psychology. For the last ten years I have been in the education field teaching English and training teachers around the world. Since moving to Cambridge I have begun the transition from teaching to becoming a doula. In the meantime I’m working as a nanny mostly to families that are pregnant or have recently had a baby. I am available to do any household chores, help with children, or help parent(s) pre/post birth. I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of children and families. Due to the nature of doula work, I am happy to take on clients temporarily, just for the time of their need if preferred. I am also happy to take on families who are not expecting, but just looking for an extra set of hands. I have a six-year-old child in Year 1.
