| I'm Mirka, 45yrs old. OFSTED registered Childminder I work in childcare for over 25yrs( nursery, nanny, childminder), have great references, all available. I've always been OFSTED registered even as nanny, have great inspection reports. I've got Big range of toys, activities and equipment's available waiting to be use, please come and enjoy. currently looking to fill in spaces for before/after school and holiday care. | I have been a nanny now for 32 years and thoroughly enjoy my job working with children. I love animals and being outdoors walking. I enjoy spending time outside, playing games, making dens, baking, and arts and crafts along with many other activities with the children. Once I left college where I trained to be a nanny for 2 yrs. 1989- I had my first job nanny sharing with two fantastic families, 5 months and 7-month girls. 1991-Then joined one of the families after two years as they had another child, I stayed with them for the next 12 years. I left them to have my own son. 2003-4- I started caring for a wonderful 4-month-old baby girl along with my son. On and off for 13 yrs, as we went to America. ####- ####- I was a childminder for many amazing different age children 0-teens and twins too. ####-#### We went to America for my husband's work. 2017- I started working with a lovely family with a 5-month-old girl and her 5 yr old sister, having loads of fun! But she is off to school in September and starting a new adventure.

| I spend most of my time around children and really enjoy being around them. I have worked with children in many different circumstances, in a classroom environment, as a nanny and as a babysitter. I have done babysitting for the last 13 years, and before the age of 15/14 I used to help look after my next door neighbours children as she was a nurse and worked nights. | I have a level 3 certificate in Childcare and early years and extensive experience as a Nursery Nurse starting from my work experience at school and doing babysitting for friends and family. Since school I have always wanted to work with children and worked myself up the ladder in Childcare and gained so much experience and qualifications. I received the Apprenticeship of the year award at college last year while studying my level 3 childcare for my hard work and commitment. I had a break from childcare in 2012 to gain my qualification in Health and Social care. I worked for Royal Mencap and gained experience working with venerable adults with learning disabilities. Although being a support working was very worthwhile and rewarding, I soon realized that I missed working with children and childcare was the job for me that I am passionate about and soon returned to childcare. I have always loved working with children and babies and have 4 years childcare experience. I worked for 2 years in a baby room and found nothing more rewarding than caring for them. I now work with children aged 2-3. I am trusted by many parents at my setting and have babysat for some of the children I care for.

I provide a home from home environment that your child will be immediately welcomed into. Your child is unique and my aim is to ensure that they thrive, are stimulated and learning through various types of play. A typical day will include lots of garden play, cooking, crafts, trips to the park, shopping, painting, reading and many more. I encourage my mindees to express themselves and use their independence to choose the types of activities they wish to pursue. My setting is warm and homely, we enjoy crafts, reading, singing and role play. I have a large garden with a play house and slide, there is plenty of space to run around. I am lucky to have parks, woodlands and open fields all in walking distance from my home. There are also numerous playgroups offering different activities within my village. £6 per hour.
