I have always been around children as my mother was a childminder. When I was old enough I would help my mother during the school holiday as she used to have lots of children. I then went on to having baby sitting jobs caring for children between the ages of 8 month and 7 years old. Although I am young I am really passionate about caring for children and teaching them about life. I love to do different activities with children such as painting and explore imagination. I am able to travel and have my own transport I am also very good at preparing healthy meals. I am a very happy go lucky person and will take anything in my stride. I hope you will consider my application.
Experience:
Assistant Childminder | August 2016 – August 2018: Caring for a wide range of children between the ages of 0-12 on evenings, weekends and during the school holidays. I worked with children who had autism and ADHD and created a safe environment for them. I helped them develop their speech and language skills and utilised team building and building relationships among the children. I provided rewards to children for effective communication and conflict resolution.
