Childminders in Darlington

| I am a registered Childminder Ofsted rated Good. Recently I have been working in a nursery school. My contract ends at Christmas so I am looking for Childminding / nanny work, to start January 2018. I have a lot of experience having two daughters of my own who are now in their teens. I have been working as a child minder for 14 years and recently at the nursery school. I am well qualified holding an enhanced DBS (CRB) Police check, Paediatric 1st Aid. Level 3 Introducing Childminding practice, Level 3 Developing Childminding Practice, Level 3 Diploma in Home-based Childcare, Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning & Development, Level 4 The Certificate Early Years Practice & The Foundation Degree In Early Years. I have my own transport, and a clean driving license. I am a non smoker. I am caring, honest and can provide references and testimonies.

| I am a 57 year old mother of 2 grown up children and a 10 year old son. I am currently working as a nanny, looking after a 6 year old in his own home, on a part-time basis (2 afternoons a week) I am now looking for more hours, to supplement my income. I am willing to be flexible in my working. I live in Darlington, DL1 and have my own transport. I am not an Ofsted Registered Childminder but have had lots of prior experience working professionally with children. I have an up to date DBS certificate, hold a current valid driving license and can provide references. I trained as a primary school teacher and have had 13 years experience of teaching Nursery and KS1 in an inner city London school. I have subsequently worked in day nursery settings, teaching & supporting children aged between 6 months and 5 years old. My particular area of interest and expertise is the Early Years. My most recent employment was as a Police Community Support Officer in SW London, a position I held for over 5 years, before moving North with my partner and young son. I enjoy swimming, reading, cooking, film, music and walking in the countryside. I am comfortable around pets.
