A responsible, yet creative and engaging babysitter.

My name is Mariana and I am 19 years old. I began working in childcare in January of 2020, in which I babysat two boys for 4 hours weekly. As a result of the pandemic, I was unable to continue working for the family and finalized it in March. For this family, I was responsible for picking them up at school (4pm) and preparing their snacks. Then, I would specialize in creating and engaging in educative activities with both of them. After, I would prepare the younger one a bath and ensure he was well taken care of, until his father arrived from work (9pm). Then, in June of 2021 I joined the agency Mômji in Paris. After a series of interview processes, my profile was matched with a family of a young girl and a young boy in Paris. I was responsible for taking care of them every Wednesday from 8am-12pm. With them, I ensured to supervised them while they did their homework, and after finalizing their responsibilities, we would spend the morning engaging in a variety of activities such as cooking, drawing and painting. As both of the jobs took place in Paris, I was also asked to only speak English to the children as their first language was French.
