Having practiced yoga and meditation since I was 16, I have a calm, positive and adaptable mindset that allows me to cope well under pressure. I am incredibly creative and often create fun games, crafts and learning excercises that I practice with my younger cousins. I also think during this uncertain/scary time it is important for kids to go walking and get exercise so they can exert some of their energy!
