The skills i have for working with children, parents/ carers and as an individual is patience and good communication skills, this will build a trusting relationship between not only children but with parents/ carers as well. I cope well with time management and multitasking, when engaging with children i always ensure all children are included and do not feel excluded. The experience i have is 2 years in college studying early years foundation level 2 and level 3, I have now completed my course with both qualifications. i have been babysitting family/ friends children from the age of 15. I have 4 years experience in child care altogether, i am now looking to setting up my own business in relation to childcare, i feel like it is what i do best and this is the carer i have always wanted from a young age.
