Range of experience, from young to old and different ranges of learning difficulties

I have experience through a large family with 15 cousins, majority of them of a young age. Babysitting them at family homes, my own home or taking them out for lunch, activities or just for some fresh air. I have experience working in home care (older adults, but an example of me being able to care for others). My home care experience worked on a tight schedule meaning I have great time management skills, I have experience of working with others to come to agreements (May that be big ones or just deciding on lunch!). My stepsister has autism and I work great alongside her, so I have an understanding of difficult behaviour and how to work with this to benefit herself and me.
