After School Care Stirling

| I have experience taking care of my niece who lived with us for 4 years back in my country in Kenya. I prepared her for school every morning, packed lunch and took her from school everyday. I also helped her with her homework and helped in bathing her. I also am a great cook and will follow recipes to the foods you would like me to prepare for you. I can also bake and will happily make cookies and small cakes for afternoon tea.

| I am currently in my second year at the University of Stirling, and I am studying Primary education with a specialism in Spanish. I enjoy music and play the trumpet and piano, and I play in a wind orchestra in Glasgow once a week. In my last year of high school, I spent one afternoon a week at a local primary school for work experience. I most recently worked for 3 months in a summer camp in America for children and adults with special needs. I would thrive in a caring job, as I have enjoyed my time in previous care jobs.

| In terms of my experience I have volunteered in an after school club for two years, helping the kids with their homework being one of my specialities. A lot of this volunteer time was also spent outside, so I am also well experienced in supervising over more energetic activities. | Currently working for a family in the Stirling area looking after two lovely boys after school. 6 months experience working with type one diabetic child.
