I have been a home-based registered childminder for almost twenty years, offering a range of childcare, including after school, school holidays and evening 'babysitting'. I have cared for mainly pre-school aged and infants and a few junior school age children. I provide a range of toys, books, games, indoor and outdoor activities. I love my job, and whilst I aim to contribute to children's social and educational development, I am best known for my warm and caring approach and individual attention I give to the children, as my references clearly show.

I am currently working as a childminder for the last 5 years in a childminder setting in Ilkeston. I have over 10 year’s childcare experience. I am a hard working, friendly and approachable individual who relishes new opportunities and new experiences. My role here includes maintaining a high level of communication with staff, children and parents, maintaining a safe and clean environment for the children and staff members. I complete a diary for parents to review in order to follow their child’s activities/progress though out the day. This includes making tea and preparing snack’s, and also supervising the children at lunch and snack times. I also take part in planning activities for the children on a daily basis. Story and song time using sign language to help develop the children’s communication and interaction skills. I use the EYFS as a reference to identify where children are in the development stages. Changing nappies, potty training as required. Morning, afternoon and evening school runs. Safeguarding children and administering first aid when needed and filling in accident forms along with medication and pre-existing accident forms while ensuring policies and procedures upheld.

I am a qualified nursery Nurse that has worked in schools and nurseries for 3 years with all different age ranges from 0-12 years. For the past 2 years, I have been looking after three children twins (age 6) and an older child (9) after school and on a Sunday afternoon. I also work full time in the school holidays which includes children's friends. I am CRB checked but not ofsted registered.

| I am a twenty three year old female, currently on maternity leave after the birth of my first child back in may 2016. I work in a private day nursery at present and have been for nearly three years where I have had experience of working with children from 6 weeks of age through to primary school age as I was also working at the after school club. before this I was working in a primary school as a midday supervisor for roughly a year. I studied childcare and education at college for three years after leaving school where I gained both my level two and three qualifications, whilst doing this I had a job at crazy crocodiles soft play where I was a party host at weekends. I have always enjoyed working alongside children of all ages and I am now looking for a role where I can care for children hopefully with my child too some days. I am 32 years old, Ofsted Registered (graded 'GOOD'). I have been married for 9 years and we have two young children (daughter is 5 and my son is 4). We also have a pet cat who is 13 years old. We have lived in Belper for 7 years and are lucky enough to live in a four bedroom detached house at the very end of a sleepy cul de sac. I began my childcare career 10 years ago, working in a private day nursery. Here, I gained experience with children aged from 3 months to 8 years. Since then, I have had two beautiful children of my own. I then became a childminder in 2013. My usual hours of availability are 7:30 AM to 6 PM. I have availability on Monday 9.15-11.30, Tues and Wed 1-3pm for under 5's. I have availability for before and after school care Monday - Friday for St John's Primary School, for children aged 8+ years only at the moment. I am able to offer government funding for 2, 3 and 4 years olds (up to 15 hours per week free). My fees are £3.75 per hour. Nappies, snacks and meals and provided for babies, toddlers and pre-school children at no extra cost. School Children are provided with snack (an additional fee of £1.50 per day will be charged if a hot meal is also required for school children).

| I have 10 years of childcare experience, including babysitting children of all ages (including newborn), I have been an after school nanny for a couple of local families and I have also tutored children of all ages in maths, english and french. I'm a good cook and more than happy to help with any housework required - I'm also comfortable with pets and happy to help with dog walks or any other pet care required. I'm very bright and confident when dealing with children and understanding their needs. I can provide as many references as you may require and I have a full DBS check.
