| Hi, I'm a bubbly, friendly, 26 year old female. I'm Paediatric First Aid certified. I have a current DBS check and have previously been advanced checked through FCA (Foster Carers Association). I have a CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Childcare and Education as well as A-levels in English Language, Literature and Psychology and a Level 2 certificate in Food hygiene and handling. I have worked with children of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings; nurseries, schools, after-school and youth clubs as well as their own home for over 10 years. I am the oldest of five children and have nannied and babysat for families of all sizes and schedules. I am happy to pick up and drop off from necessary caregivers when needed. I can give references on demand. I have my own car and I am reliable, flexible. Entirely comfortable with all manner of pets and also offer a pet-sitting service. I have a real passion for childcare with 4-5 years experience. My future goal in life is to have my own childminder's business or possibly a nursery. For the moment I'm focussing on smaller goals: i. e. Child care qualifications. I first started in child care when my autistic brother was born (2008); I accepted the role as not only his sister, but also as his carer, complying with strict routines and challenging behaviour. In addition to caring for my autistic brother, I also worked as a childminder's assistant. Only temporarily due to leaving the area, assisting with play time, food preparation, outings, activities, school runs, and more. I had little experience with children who have disabilities (i.e. Cerebral Palsy, Autism/Asperger's syndrome). The disabilities that I have experience with are through babysitting/afternoon care, though I would like to expand on this. I have also completed my Childcare Learning and Development Level 2 qualification, along with Food Technology Level 2, Health and Social Level 2, my English, Maths, and Science GCSE's, and a few added extras.

I arrived in London in 2008 to work for the a family as their live-in nanny. They have 2 children, one who was 3 years old when I moved with them, and the baby, who was born after I arrived. I was a mother's helper, as the mum was not working but there were plenty of occasions where I would be hands on with the both of them. I would spend a lot of time with the baby, playing with him, giving him the bottle or puréed food as he grew older, taking him out in the fresh air or for various activities, and putting him for the afternoon. In the evenings, I would play with the eldest boy. After supper, I helped give them a bath, and we shared duties with putting them to sleep. From Sept. 2011, I started working as a live-out nanny for another family. They have 2 children, one was 6 years and the other was 4 years. In the morning, I took the young girl to preschool and her elder brother to school, and made them lunch to take. In the afternoon I took them to the park, did activities with them at home or in the garden, and took them to different activities. I volunteer two days a week at preschool. I am supporting/ helping key workers on supervising and helping children in different activities like arts and craft, music, and cooking.

I have had a lot of experience looking after all age children and have done a lot of volunteering in the local nurseries and schools. I currently babysit a 9 year old and a 6 year old and have been doing so for about a year and half. My duties include cooking food, entertaining the children and putting them to bed at a reasonable time. I also live with an eleven year old (other halfs nephew) and often look after him and a 12 year old (other halfs niece) after school and whilst there parents are working their evening jobs. I have always been passionate about looking after children ever since I was a child myself.

I am a single parent and sole carer of a 11 year old boy who has just started high school. I take him to school every morning and at the moment, also collect him again after school. I have a full clean driving license and I also have current Enhanced Certificate from the DBS as I am the Assistant Football Coach for a football team that my young son plays in.

| I am a final year trainee teacher, previously qualified with a btec in childcare. I have a current DBS, Safeguarding, first response first aid and prevent training. I deliver after school clubs and supply teaching as part of my current part time work. I am the safe guarding officer for 1st Holymoorside brownie group and so understand how to protect and support children. I have experience with different ages of children and different abilities, including SEND in a range of settings from home to school to outdoors at events.

I have been caring for a little boy who is now 4, since he was 2 years old. I began by just sitting for a couple of hours in an evening and I also care for him on days when his parents go out in the daytime. I have become very trusted by the family and I have looked after the child while they have been away for the weekend. I also look after my younger cousin occasionally at weekends or after school. I also worked in a children's play centre, where ages ranged from 0-11 years old.
