Childcare has been a part of what I love for a long time now. In the last year of highschool i did some work experience in a nursery every night after school. I soon realised that it was my absolute passion to invest my time in to these little ones and help them to grow, play and learn. After some experience within the nursery I was given the opportunity to run the baby room as room leader, soon after I received the promotion of head of preachool and deputy manager of the setting! | Hi I'm Bethan. I'm originally from the Skipton area, but I've been working away from Yorkshire for a number of years in the Educational "Summer Camp" industry, most recently for teenagers in Cambridge. Thanks to my job, I already have a full DBS clearance. I'm happy to muck in with meal preparation, after-school activities and/or tutoring on the side while babysitting. By the way - I'm also a professional tutor for English Literature and German, having graduated from Cambridge University in 2015. | I started working with children at 18, in the toddler room of a private nursery. Since then, I have been play leader of two after school clubs. I worked as an Au Pair in Italy and as a toddler room manager. I have experience looking after children from the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years. | My name is Brogan. I graduated from university last year with my BA HONS in early childhood studies. I have previously worked at Nursery in North Devon as well as experience working at local schools and play groups. At the end of 2019 I began nannying in Australia for three lovely family with children aged between 2 and 17. I would consider myself to be extremely caring with a good sense of humour! I am currently beginning to look into my teacher training and plan to start next year. I have a passion for caring for children as I know the importance of their early years, and how this can dramatically impact their future lives. I also have a great understanding of the Early years foundation stage which is vital for physical and emotional development of each child. | Having taught in primary schools for the last 5 years, I have experience of caring for children in all aspects. As a qualified and practising class teacher, I can support families with school work outside of the school day. In my day to day life learning is important but so is having fun! I try to make children's experiences as fun and as hands on as possible. I have worked and volunteers in Nurseries right through to Secondary Schools, gaining experience of working with a range of ages. Outside of school I am an active individual and like to spend time outdoors and playing sports. I have grown up with 2 sisters and cousins younger than myself meaning I have frequently babysat for family members and friends.
